Venezuelan salsa orchestra Bailatino, exclusive to Sydney's Darling Harbour Fiesta, and double Grammy winners Aterciopelados (Colombia), lead Fiesta's carnivale featuring over 700 top Latin American performers, including a hot-pot of Latin-infused bands, dance classes with world champions; and mouth-watering food fair - inviting everyone to join the party. Fiesta reaches sizzling heights on Sunday night when fireworks light up the sky to a live performance by Mi Tierra.
